Zebra Cookies
From: Kosher by Design short on time
1/2 cup oil
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup cocoa
icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease trays
Mix oil, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla and baking powder until soft dough forms.
Roll dough into balls
Fill small bowl with icing sugar
Lower balls one at a time into sugar and coat completely
Place on tray- leave room between cookies as they spread
Bake 18 minutes until done
Cool completely
