ULTIMATE THREE SEED HEALTH COOKIES
1 full cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 ¼ cups shelled pumpkin seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
1/3 to 1/2 cup dark brown sugar*
3 tablespoons cranberries (optional but great)
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional but great)
2 large egg whites, lightly whisked with a fork
1: Mix ingredients together till sugar/egg white mixture has properly coated the seeds/fruit/choc chips.
2: Place spoonfuls of mixture on a sheet of greased baking paper and bake at 180 C for 15 - 18 minutes till seeds are just starting to turn golden.*
3: Allow to cool completely before removing from tray and store in an airtight container.
HINT: bake in a muffin tray.. better result for even looking biscuits.
