Thin oatmeal cookies

Instructions

Mix 1 Tbsp flour 1 tsp baking powder 1.5 Tbsp sesame seeds 1/4 tsp salt Cinnamon Dried ginger Add and mix 1/3 cup oil 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1.5 cups quick oats Mix separately and then add to rest 2/3 cups sugar 1 egg Add- pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, chocolate chips- the more the merrier. Put about tsp full of batter with spaces between (Cookies spread out). Bake for about 8 min in oven heated to 180- take out when golden before get brown. Let chill for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
