What do you need?
✔2 package of extra-firm tofu, patted dry
✔3/4 cup corn starch
✔2 tsp paprika
✔1 tbsp garlic powder
✔1 tsp ginger powder
✔ pinch of salt and pepper
✔1-2 tbsp grapeseed or Avocado oil
✔4-5 fresh garlic cloves, minced
✔ 1/4 cup organic soy sauce
✔ 2 tbsp honey (or more to your taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1)Cut the tofu into small cubes. Place the corn starch in a bowl, add the paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper and mix. Add the tofu cubes and mix very gently.

2). Heat up oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, and transfer the coated tofu. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.

3). Transfer the tofu to a plate or a bowl for a few minutes while we sauté the garlic.

4). Add 1 tsp oil to the pan if needed, and place the minced garlic. Mix for about 30-40 seconds until golden, and add the tofu back into the pan.

5). Add your soy sauce, honey, and mix.
Sprinkle a touch more of salt and pepper, garlic powder and ginger, and keep mixing until bubbley. Turn off the heat and serve immediately on a bed of rice or noodles.

Today I added some seemed broccoli. But feel free to add whichever vegetable you like, or keep it simple just as it is.
