Potato Cream Bake

Instructions

(Serves 6 ? delicious but rich) 5 potatoes 2 large onions 2 Tbs butter 1 cup cream (1/2 milk ½ cream) 2 Tbs breadcrumbs/matzo meal Grated cheese Seasoning 1. In processor slice potatoes and onions thinly 2. In buttered ovenproof dish arrange ½ potato slices, seasoning, breadcrumbs. Place onions on top and remainder of potatoes (Can do a few layers) 3. Pour over cream and sprinkle with grated cheese 4. Dot with butter. Bake 350 deg F for 4 mins or more 5. If potatoes are getting too brown cover with foil 6. Serve hot
