Mashed Butternut

Butternut ? cubed
Garlic crushed
1 tsp curry powder Olive Oil

1. Fry clove crushed garlic and teaspoon curry powder in olive oil
2. When browned add cubed butternut and brown slightly
3. Pour water over to partially cover and let the water simmer away
4. Drian excess water and mash
