Cinnamon Balls

Instructions

Cinnamon Balls - 2 egg whites (room temp) - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 cups (200grams) ground almonds - 1Tbsp cinnamon - small bowl of icing sugar Beat egg whites till they form stiff peaks. Fold in all remaining ingredients. Form into balls with wet hands. Bake on greased tray, 325F/ 170C for 25 minutes. Roll in icing sugar while warm, then again when cold.
