Chocolate Chip Cookies

From: Esti Arfe

2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
3/4 bag chocolate chips

bake at 180 for exactly 9 minutes. even if they look raw take them out after 9 minutes. if you leave them in for longer afer a few hours they'll be crunchy instead of soft. wait for them to cool before taking them off the baking sheet.



my addition:for best results mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately(eggs, sugar etc) and then add the dry ingredients(flour mixture) to the wet mixture
