Butternut Squash, Garbanzo Bean and Lentil Curry

2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Medium Onion; Peeled & diced
2 Tbsp Penzeys Maharajah Curry Powder
1 Medium Butternut squash; Peel, seed, and dice into 1/2 inch cubes
2 Cups Garbonzo Beans
1 Cup Lentils
3 Cups Water
2 tsp Salt

1. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent
2. Add curry to pan and continue to cook for another minute.
3. Add onion & curry mix to rice cooker or casserole
4. Add butternut squash, Garbonzo beans, and lentils
5. Add water and mix all ingrients together.
6. Cook in rice cooker under regular rice settings.
