Add flour and cook on high for 30 sec ? 1 min. Add milk gradually, add seasoning and mix well Cook on high : 250 ml sauce 3-4 mins 500ml sauce 5-6 mins 750 ml sauce 7 ?10 mins 1 litre sauce 10 ? 12 mins CHEESE SAUCE: Add 100 g grated cheddar cheese and 5 ml mustard powder during standing time
