White Sauce (Conventional)


Thin sauce: 2 Tbs butter
½ Tbs flour
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Medium: Increase flour to 2 Tablespoons

Thick: Use 3 Tablespoons butter and 3 Tablespoons flour

CHEESE SAUCE: Add ½ cup grated cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper and or paprika,
pinch mustard powder
