Veggie Meatballs from soya flakes

1 package of soya

Soak for 3-5minutes in 1 1/2 litres of boiling water, sift and squeeze
It should grow to 1 kg

250grams of finely sliced onion
50 grams parsley diced finely
50 grams bread crumbs
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 eggs
1 Tbsp soups powder
white pepper
paprika
cumin
6 Tbsps oil for frying

Add all the ingredients to the strained soya until you get a soft dough. Let them ixture sit in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Make medium sized balls
Fry in oil until brown or bake in oven on medium for 30 minutes
