Teiglach 12 eggs less 4 whites - beat Add 3 Tbsp oil Add 2-3 cups Passover cake meal to make a stiff dough Boil 3 lbs syrup and 3 cups boiling water and 5 cups sugar. Add teiglach shapes. Dont open for ½ hour. Stir. When done add 2-3 tsp ginger.
