Sponge Cake

Cream Well:
1 cup sugar
6 egg yolks
Add to and continue beating:
2 Tablespoons water
lemon rind
6 egg whites - beat well
1 large cup flour- sift over egg whites
Add yolk mixture to white mixture and fold in gently.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
