1 pound box spaghetti
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup toasted or roasted sesame oil (I use 1/4 and it's more than enough)
1/3 cup sugar
3 scallions thinly sliced
1/4 cup or more toasted sesame seeds
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions
Drain
In cruet or jar, shake together the soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar
Pour over pasta
Toss with scallions and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Set aside and Enjoy!
