Scalloped Potatoes

Slice about 10 potatoes

In a saucepan melt:
6 Tbsp margarine
add: 1/2 cup flour
4 cups chicken soup broth
salt, pepper
1/2 cup mayonaisse
2-3 large onions chopped

Simmer until thickened

Layer potatoes, sauce, potatoes, sauce
Top with paprika
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours on 180 C
