Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
Edemame
1/2 cup pine nuts (I use almonds)
red and yellow peppers
mango
craisins

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar or regular vinegar
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2-3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
pepper
