Quiche

Crust:
2 cups flour
200grams margarine/butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ice water

Mix together, put in fridge until hard, place in dish and bake, covered for 15 minutes on 180C

Filling:
1/2 package frozen broccoli or equivalent amount of any veggies (cauliflower, sweet potato, onion, mushroom, spinach, fried onion)
1 box Shamenet Lebishul- warmed up (SA - cooking cream)
1 tsp soup mix
1 cup shredded yellow cheese
1/4 package gevina melucha (5% bulgarit) (SA - feta cheese)
3 eggs- beaten
salt and pepper

Pour into crust and bake on 180C until set
