Pretzel Chocolate Torte

Instructions

2 cups pretzels 6 oreos (regular chocolate cookies) 6 Tbsp (85g) butter, melted Crush the pretzels and cookies in a food processor and mix well with the melted butter. Arrange in a 9 inch pan and press mixture evenly on the bottom and sides of the pan to make the crust. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes and let cool. (Watch because it burns very quickly) Chocolate Filling: 100g semisweet chocolate 100g milk chocolate 1 cup sweet cream (shamenet metukah) Heat cream in a pot until simmering but not boiling otherwise the chocolate will burn. Add the chocolate, turn off heat and stir. Pour into the prepared crust and chill for 2 hours.
