Pnina Berman's Challah

From: Pnina Berman

3 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup sugar
3/4 Cups plus 1 Tbsp oil
2 Cups warm water

Mix them all together

Add a bag of yeast or 2 Tbsp dry yeast
Mix Well

Add 4 more cups of flour and 1 Tbsp salt
Mix well
Let rise
Shape and let rise for 20 minutes
Brush with egg and sesame/poppy seeds
Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes
