2 cups flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup salt
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/4 cup oil
Measure and mix dry ingredients into a medium sauce pan.Place water in a measuring cup,add food colouring,then add oil.Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.Cook on low heat until you absolutely can't stir it any more.It will all stick together.plop onto a surface and knead it.Be careful it's hot.Once cool store in Tupperware.
