6 egg whites - beat really stiff
Add 1 1/4 cups of castor sugar (or normal) - very slowly. One Tablespoon at a time, while beating
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Half teaspoon of vinegar or lemon

Draw a circle on baking paper
Shmear on, make the rim thicker
Bake it very slowly, in a very low oven (140C) for about 2 hours amd then leave in switched off oven overnight.

Last minute:
Add cream, strawberries, kiwi, granadilla
