1/2 Cup poppyseeds
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Cup self raising flour or (1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder)
250ml plain yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
Beat eggs well with the sugar until light and fluffy
Add 1/2 cup oil while beating
Add poppyseeds, coconut, flour and baking powder and yoghurt
Bake in a greased oblong baking dish for 1/2 hour on 350F
Topping:
Melt 1/2 slab bitter dark cooking chocolate and pour over hot cake.
Wait to cool and grate top deck over.
