Milk Tart #2

Boil:
1 Liter Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter

Sift and mix with little extra milk:
2 1/2 Tablespoons flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons Maizena
pinch salt

3 eggs - beat and add to the flour

Mix Well

Pour boiling milk onto the flour beating all the time then return to saucepan and boil until thick - beating with a whisk to prevent lumps.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla & pour into the lined dish.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
