Instructions

1 Tin condensed Milk 125 ml lemon juice grated rind of 1 lemon 2 eggs separated 25 ml sugar baked pie shell Mix together: 1. Condensed Milk 2. Lemon Juice 3. Egg yolks Pour into pie shell Beat: egg whites and sugar until stiff Spread on condensed milk mix. Bake on 180 until brown approximately 10-15 minutes.
