Lemon Meringue Pie

2 eggs 2 lemons ½ packet (25 Marie biscuits)
¼ lb butter (125 g) 1 tin condensed milk ¼ cup castor sugar

Make crust by crushing marie biscuits
Mix in melted butter. Add milk if necessary. Line greased pie dish with mixture
Beat 2 egg yolks with juice of 2 lemons or concentrate to taste and condensed milk.
Add to pie crust
Make meringue by whipping 2 egg whites with castor sugar. Add to above
Decorate with cherries and nuts before cooking
Bake in medium oven 275deg F for 45 mins
