2 Eggs
¼ cup Oil
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Cinnamon (optional)
Matzo Meal

* Beat eggs and oil together with a fork
* Pour over some salt, pepper, sugar, cinnamon
* Add Matzo Meal till mixture moves slowly back towards the side of the dish when mixing and fork can almost stand by itself
* Place in fridge for ½ hour
* Place balls of mixture into boiling water or soup for ½ hour with lid on pot - don't lift lid
