1/2 t salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 Cup oil
Beat very well.
3 cups self raising flour ( 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 cup of flour equals 1 cup self raising flour)
2 Tablespoons flour
Roll thin, brush oil, sprinkle sugar
Bake in hot oven 200 deg C for few minutes
