250ml rolled oats 60ml slivered almonds
60ml sunflower seeds 60 ml shredded sweet coconut
30 ml dark brown sugar 30ml maple syrup
20 ml vegetable oil salt
60 ml raisins
1. Preheat oven to 250 deg F
2. In a large bowl combne oats, nuts,coconut and brown sugar
3. In a seperate bowl combine maple syrup, oil and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto cookie sheet.
4. Cook for 45 mins, stirring every 15 mins to achieve even clour
5. Remove from oven and transfer to large bowl. Add raisins and mix till evenly distributed.
