Gingerbread

Beat:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup syrup

Sift and Add:
3 cups flour
2 tsp bicarb
3 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Add:
1 cup boiling water
1 cup oil

Pour mixture into two loaf tins

Bake on 140 for 35 minutes
