Microwave Fridge Cheesecake

Instructions

1 litre plain double cream yoghurt (6.5% high fat yoghurt Israel in plastic bottle) 1 tin condensed milk 200g tennis biscuits, crushed (24 caramel petit biscuits Israel/lotus biscuits ) Crush biscuits in Ninja - do half first then add rest otherwise too many for container Press the biscuits into an even layer at the bottom of a deep microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle half of biscuits at bottom of dish. Mix the condensed milk with the yoghurt ( add 1 tsp vanilla essence or any flavouring) and carefully pour half the mixture over the biscuit base. Sprinkle rest of crumbs and rest of yoghurt. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, or until set. (Cooked 8 mins Tammi micro) Refrigerate until cool, then slice to serve. Put crushed canned pineapple on top once cold. Vary biscuits. yoghurts, use caramel condensed milk
