French Onion Soup

Instructions

3 Medium onions 4 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp flour 4 1/2 cups stock (water plus 2 cubes) salt/pepper Slice onions finely Fry in butter until well browned Mix in flour Add stock and seasoning Simmer for 30 minutes Toast bread until golden brown Top with grated cheese Serve immediately
