Eclairs or Cream Puffs

2 eggs
75 grams flour
45 grams butter
145ml water (1/2 cup)

Boil butter ans water.
Add flour and stir well.
Return to stove and cook slowly while stirring until mixture forms a ball.
Cool slightly and add lightly beaten eggs - beat well.
Put teaspoonfuls on baking sheet or force through biscuit makers +7cm

Bake on 350

Make slits in each to release steam. Cool. Fill with cream or custard.
Top with chocolate or sprinkle with icing sugar.
