Instructions

Slice 3 pineapples into thin slices. Melt ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup water in pot and bring to boil. Dip each slice in the mixture. Places slices on a cooling rack, resting on a baking tray. Place in oven at 100 deg C for 2 hours, turning pineapple after 1 hour Switch off oven after 2 hours and leave overnight Can do ahead of time and store in ziplock bag (Doesn?t make a lot ? shrinks to a little!)
