1 lettuce sliced thin 1 sliced onion 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 sticks chopped celery Fry in 2-3 Tbs oil till limp Add 5 cups boiling water, 3 tsp stock, 1 ½ tsp curry powder, 2 carrots, 1 potato, 1 kg frozen peas, salt and pepper. Boil for 2 ½ hours. Liquidize
