Creamy white Cake with chocolate frosting

Instructions

Cake: 1 cup margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon baking powder 3 cups flour 1 cup OJ Cream together margarine and sugar. Mix in the eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Add flour and juice alternately. Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan for 40 minutes. Cover with frosting (below) Frosting: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 4 tablespoons Cocoa 4 tablespoons oil 1/3 teaspoon instant coffee mixed into 4 tablespoons hot water 2 cups confectioners or powder sugar Mix everything together and frost the cooled cake
