Cinnamon Glaze

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoon milk or cream ( I used water)
Whisk ingredients until pourable adding more milk if necessary. Drizzle over cooled cake.
