Chocolate Lotus Brownies

Instructions

Melt 200g chocolate with 1cup oil Mix in bowl and add 4 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 Cup sugar 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 cup flower 2 tablespoons cocoa powder In a pan spread a base of lotus cookies. Spread the batter on top Melt 1/2 cup crunchy lotus butter and mix in a pretty design Bake 25 minutes (note - took us closer to 40 minutes and was still gooey)
