Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Combine:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
Beat and add:
4 egg yolks
Beat and fold in:
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake 370F for 50 minutes
