Choc Chip Muffins
Yocheved Wechsler
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
6 Tb cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
⅔ cup milk/water
⅔ cup oil/marg
Choc chips
Mix all ingredients together
Bake 20-30 mins @ 350 deg F
(Place in small thick cookie cups - place on blech to make warm - serve with ice cream)
