Base:
1 sleeve biscuits, crushed
100gr butter, melted
Filling:
750gram Gvina Levana (5%) (Smooth cream cheese)
1 Shamenet (ta'am shel pa'am) (Sour cream 200g)
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 120degrees C
Combine melted butter and crushed biscuits and place in tin.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in bowl, pour over base.
Bake at 120C for about 35 minutes, leave in warm oven until it is more solid.
