1 kg flour 2 Tbsp yeast 3/4 cups sugar Mix together well Add 1/4 cup oil 1/4 tsp salt 3 cups boiling water Sticky dough - add more flour once risen if needed Let rise for 2 hours Plait Let rise while heating oven to 350 deg F/180 deg C Bake for 25-35 mins
