Carrot Kugel/muffins

Ingredients

2 Cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cin
5 carrots
3 eggs
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
1 c oil
2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Boil the carrots until they are soft enough to mush. Mush them in a medium bowl.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mushed carrots and mix well.

3. Pour into a 9"x13" greased pan. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes-1 hour, until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

4. If making muffins, pour into muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they look done.
