Carrot Kugel

2 lbs carrots shredded
3/4 cups oil
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp baking powder

Combine and mix well
Bake on 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes
