Beat Together: 3 eggs 1 Cup Sugar Add: 1 Cup oil Sift together and then add to the liquids: 1 1/2 Cups Flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Fold in: 2 cups grated carrots 1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts Bake on 350F for 1 hour Icing: 125 grams cream cheese 250grams butter 2 Cups icing Sugar
