Cabbage Salad

1 cabbage shredded

Grill or fry for a few minutes:
125ml slivered almonds
125ml sesame seeds
125ml sunflower seeds

Dressing:
5 Tablespoons oil
4 Tablespoons vinegar
4 Tablespoons sugar
5 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablesppons syrup
pinch mustard powder

Liquidize and keep in the fridge

Put cabbage on platter. Add nuts.
Pour over dressing just before serving.

Nuts may be kept in freezer until needed.
