1 large cabbage shredded
125ml slivered almonds
125ml sesame seeds
Roast almonds and sesame seeds under grill for a few minutes (no oil)
Keep in freezer until needed
Dressing: (do the sugar first)
7 Tbsp oil
6 Tbsp vinegar
4 Tbsp sugar
7 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp syrup
Place cabbage in a bowl
Mix in nuts
Liquidize dressing and place in jar in the fridge
Pour over just before serving
