2 Butternut Squash
1 Cup margarine (239.6g)
1/2 Cup sugar
1 cup soya milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
cinnamon for sprinkling
Peel squash and cook in pot of boiling water until soft.
Drain and mash in a large bowl
Mix all ingredients with the squash
Pour in pan and sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake at 350°F for 40minutes.
