Baked/Braiied Mushrooms

Large black mushrooms
Garlic/garlic salt
Butter
Lemon juice

1. Place knobs of butter/layer of water in pytex. Place mushrooms on top. Sprinkle crushed garlic of garlic salt on top of mushrooms and dot with knobs of butter (optional)
2. Sprinkle lemon juice over
3. Bake 350 deg F for approx 20 minutes till soft or microwave 3-4 minutes or braai placed on foil
