Line a dish a 1/2 of the below mixture: 1 Cup flour 1 cup coconut 1/3 Cup Sugar 125 grams melted butter Mix and spread in the dish: 1 tin pie apples 3 Tablespoons apricot jam Raisins (optional) lemon juice Put other 1/2 flour mix on the top. Bake 375F for 1/2 hour
